7. Remove the 4WD electronic control module mounting bolts (10mm, 2 each).
8. Remove the 4WD electronic control module from the vehicle.
9. Install the new 4WD electronic control module.
NOTE: Confirm that the new 4WD electronic control module was produced after 2003/12/01 (3Z01) by decoding the year, month and date
information as described in the PARTS INFORMATION SECTION.
10. Install all parts in the reverse order of removal.
