2. Remove the radiator lower hose (A).

3. Remove thermostat (B), gasket (C) and water inlet fitting (D).

Installation:

4. Install the new parts in reverse order of removal. 

Tightening torque: 7.8 ~ 11.8N.m (0.8 ~ 1.2kgf.m, 5.8 ~ 8.7lb-ft)

NOTE:

Make sure to install the thermostat with its jiggle valve at the top. Orient the thermostat so the notch on its edge fits into the groove of the housing.
Correctly installed it should sit centered in the housing so there are no visible gaps around the edges to the housing.
