28. Install a new differential side gear and spacer in the cover.

29. Install the cover on the differential case and install 2 bolts. Torque the bolts to specification.

Torque: 8 lb-ft (10.8 Nm)

NOTE:

Use a T30 Torx driver.

30. Assemble the drive gear to the differential case. Install the bolts and torque to specification.

Torque: 94~101 lb-ft (130~140 Nm)

NOTE:

The shiny side of the gear must face the differential case.
