Rear Wiper Cover MOD./Rear Hatch Strut Repl./Floor MAT Improv.

SERVICE PROCEDURE: REAR WIPER COVER MODIFICATION

The rear wiper cover prevents the rear wiper from folding outward to allow access for snow removal, rear glass cleaning or wiper blade
replacement.

1.

Remove cover by spreading the cover on the top and bottom.

2.

Remove the tab using pliers to flex the tab forward and backwards.

WARNING:

Use caution to prevent damage to the cover.

3.

Trim any excess flash.

4.

Reinstall the rear wiper cover and confirm proper operation of the wiper arm.

NOTE:

No parts replacement required.

NOTE:

Do not submit a separate warranty claim for this procedure.
