IMPORTANT:

Spec: 8 mm max gap, 2 mm max difference between left and right.

NOTE:

If adjustment or repair is required, use the following procedure.

NOTE:

If repairs are performed, file a claim under normal warranty procedures.

a.

After loosening the hinge (A) mounting bolt, adjust the hood (B) by moving it up or down, or right or left.

b.

Adjust the hood height by turning the hood overslam bumpers (C).

c.

After loosening the hood latch (C) mounting bolts, adjust the latch by moving it up or down, or right or left.

4.

Inspect the Tailgate Garnish for paint blemishes where it contacts the Tailgate.
