Remove the rear hatch guide.

NOTE:

If no touch up paint is required proceed to step "f".

Place a shop towel between the body and the rear bumper to allow adequate space for paint touch-up.

Apply touch up paint and clear coat.

WARNING:

Allow time for paint and clear coat to dry.

Remove shop towel.

Adjust bumper to gusset flush condition. Using rubber mallet, gently tap on the edge of the gusset to move it rearward or forward to adjust
the gap.

NOTE:

Sealer can be broken between the gusset and the body. If this happens you must touch up with body color.
