REAR SEAT BACK LATCH SQUEAKING FIELD FIX

This Technical Service Bulletin is being issued to inform you of a product improvement to the rear seat back latch. To reduce the noise/squeak of the
rear seat back latch, its damper has been changed as shown. This product improvement was implemented in Scoupe production beginning May 17, 1991.

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES:

Note:
The following procedures are the same for both the left and right rear seat back latch.

1.

Unlock the rear seat back by pulling the seat back locking knob, then pull forward on the seat back and fold down.

2.

Zip the rear seat cover open.
