While lifting up the output shaft assembly, install it simultaneously with the intermediate shaft assembly.

Install the bearing retainer.

Reassembly of shift rail assembly.

A)

Set the first-second speed shift sleeve at second speed.

B)

Set the third-fourth speed shift sleeve at fourth speed.

C)

Install the first-second shift rail and assembly with the select lever pulled to fifth-reverse shift rail side.

D)

Install the third-fourth, and fifth-reverse shift rail assemblies together with the select lever fully pushed to first-second rail side.

Re-installation of the spring pin:
