DESCRIPTION:
The 2006 Sonata Shop Manual (page BR-79) contains incorrect information for the wheel speed sensor power supply circuit inspection diagram.
The correct terminal is terminal "1".
Terminal "2" is the signal wire. The voltage between terminal "2" and chassis ground will fluctuate between a high of 0.89~1.26V and a low of
0.44~0.63V Please note the changes below.
POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT INSPECTION:
1.
Turn ignition "ON" & Engine "OFF".
2.
Measure voltage between terminal "1" of the vehicle harness wheel speed sensor harness connector and chassis ground.
3.
Specification: approx. B+
