Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

1. Remove the wheel and tire.
2. Remove the rear seat, seat back, rear quarter trim and rear package tray. 

3. Remove the shock absorber upper mounting nuts.

4. Detach the wheel speed sensor wiring harness.

5. Remove the shock absorber lower mounting bolt.
6. Remove the shock absorber assembly.
7. Installation is reverse of removal.

Disassembly and Reassembly

DISASSEMBLY

1. Using the special tool, spring compressor, compress the coil spring.

NOTE:  Do not use an impact wrench.
