Brake Rotor/Disc: Testing and Inspection

NOTE:  Inspect the disc using a caliper and dial gauge.

1. Check thickness of disc.

Minimum thickness: 10.5 mm (0.41 inch)

Standard (New): 12 mm (0.47 inch)        

2. Check total runout.

-

Maximum 0.06 mm (0.0024 inch)
