Turn the seat upright, then tilt it back as shown in the photo.

Wrap electrical tape around the end of the floor wire harness corrugated tubing, over the wire, right up onto the bottom of the connector.
NOTE
After taping, the individual wires should not be visible.
12.
Insert a wire tie (2) into the front hole.
13.
Reconnect the SAB module connector.
14.
Secure the air bag wire from the floor in the front wire tie. Trim the extra wire tie length.
15.
Reattach the seat cushion fabric so it covers the connector.
16.
Lower the seat into its mounting position.
