Select the ECM type which is correct for your vehicle by referring to the chart shown.
NOTE:

The menu option "01" and "02" applies to vehicles produced through April 30, 2000.

The menu option "03" applies to vehicles produced from May 2, 2000 through July 4, 2000.

The menu option "04" applies to vehicles produced from July 5, 2000 through May 31, 2001.

Enter the correct password after identifying the vehicle production date and by referring to the table shown. In addition, use the ECM ID written
down during the automatic procedure to confirm the correct ECM version. Then press ENTER.
WARNING:
Be sure to input the correct password. It an incorrect password is selected, the correct ECM software will not be downloaded.
7.
Hi-Scan Pro will establish communication. Hi-Scan Pro will reprogram the ECM.
