Some 1999-2002 MY SONATA vehicles may experience the following conditions:

The front door glass does not raise properly or will not stay fully closed The front door glass does not lower properly
If a vehicle experiences the above described conditions, perform the procedure outlined in this bulletin, which describes repair of the window regulator
mechanism. The procedure includes the inspection and repair of both front window regulators.
