Turn the seat upside down in the vehicle.

4.

Remove the existing wire ties from the side air bag wire harness under the seat.

5.

Unhook the seat cushion fabric on the "outside" edge of the seat.

6.

Mark the 3 points to be drilled on the seat frame. The middle point will be below the seat fabric, just ahead of the indentation. The front and rear
locations are inside the edge of the seat frame in the comer. Use a 9/32" (7 mm) drill bit.
