Engine Mount: Service and Repair
Center Member

REMOVAL 

1. Attach an engine hoist to the engine hooks, and raise the engine just enough so that there is no pressure on the insulators.

2. Remove the under cover (R.H.).
3. Remove the front roll stopper mounting bolts.
4. Remove the rear roll stopper mounting bolts.
5. Remove the center member from the body.

INSTALLATION

Installation is the reverse of removal, tighten as follows:
a. Center Member To Body Bolts 60-80 Nm (600-800 kg. cm, 43-58 ft. lbs.).
b. Rear Roll Stopper Bracket To Center Member Bolts 50-60 Nm (500-600 kg. cm, 36-43 ft. lbs.).
c. Front Roll Stopper Bracket To Center Member Bolts 30-40 Nm (300-400 kg. cm, 22-29 ft. lbs.).
