Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor: Description and Operation
FUEL TANK PRESSURE SENSOR
This is the sensor to detect the fuel tank leakage in way which it measures the differential pressure between inside and outside fuel tank.
The fuel tank pressure sensor is a pressure sensitive variable resistor. It measures the change of pressure in the fuel tank and monitors leakage detection.
It is used to close the evaporative system and observes tank pressure respectively with canister close valve.
