CAMPAIGN CLAIM INFORMATION

NOTE

Submit claims using the campaign claim screen.

Procedure

Verify the vehicle is one of the affected vehicles from the production date and the VIN.

Verify you have the correct kit for the type of seat belt in the vehicle. If the height adjuster release buttons face rearward, the vehicle has the
P/T seat belts. If they face forward, the vehicle has the ELR seat belts. The ELR kit has the parts required to convert the buttons to the rear
facing direction.

This procedure must be applied to both left and right seat belts in the vehicle.

CHANGE THE ELR SEAT BELT HEIGHT ADJUSTER BUTTON DIRECTION (ELR SEAT BELT ONLY):

NOTE

If you have the P/T seat belts, proceed to Install the stoppers (Both ERL and P/T Seat Belts).
