Suspension Strut / Shock Absorber: Service and Repair
Front

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the wheel and tire.

2. Detach the brake hose and front speed sensor wiring from the strut assembly.

NOTE:  Do not pry or force the components.

3. Remove the strut upper mounting 3 nuts.
4. Remove the strut assembly.

DISASSEMBLY 

1. Remove the dust cover with a flat-tip screwdriver.

2. Assemble the spring compressor adapter and shoe to the body.
