Inspect both top and bottom guide rods.
a.
Guide rod (B): If the guide rod color is yellow and there is a rubber bushing on the rod, no replacement is required.
b.
Guide rod (A): If the guide rod color is black and there is no rubber bushing on the rod, replacement is required.
4.
Install the rubber bushing on the guide rod (A) supplied in the kit.
5.
Evenly apply about 2-3 grams of grease on the entire guide and then insert it into the caliper.
6.
Reinstall all components in the reverse order of removal.
7.
Torque all bolts and nuts according to torque values provided in the appropriate Shop Manuals.
8.
Perform above repair procedure on the opposite side of the front wheel.
