6. Remove the engine splash shield.
7. Remove the right and left subframe brackets (G).
8. Before disconnecting the front of the drive shaft (E) on 4WD models, index mark the driveshaft and drive-flange with a marking pen.
9. Disconnect and support shaft using an elastic cord as shown to avoid damage to rear coupling. Refer to detail picture above.
