Input speed and output speed sensor.

If the sensors show:

^

Continuous and changing output with changes in vehicle speed, the wiring currently has no open/short circuits. Go to Step 4.

No continuous and changing output, go to Step 3.

3. Check the wiring harness between the PCM and transaxle visually for a damaged wire or a short circuit to ground. Check for a damaged pin or pin

not fully inserted in the connector. If so, repair or replace the ECM control harness between the PCM and transmission. Return to Step 1.

4. Refer to the DTC recorded in Step 1 and follow the repair procedure shown:

SERVICE PROCEDURE:

5. Remove the battery and the battery tray.

6. Remove the under cover below the transmission.

7. Drain the radiator. Remove the lower radiator hose from the radiator.

8. Drain the ATF
