Quarter Glass Replacement

QUARTER GLASS REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL

NOTE:

-

Put on gloves to protect your hands.

-

Take care not to body surface and other parts.

1. Remove the following parts:

-

Rear seat assembly.

-

Rear door scuff trim.

-

Self covering trim.

-

Luggage side trim.

-

Rear seat belt upper anchor bolt.

-

Rear pillar trim.

2. Loosen the quarter fixed glass (A) mounting nut.

3. Cut out the sealant using the sealant cutting tool [A(09801-311000)].

4. Remove the quarter fixed glass.

INSTALLATION

1. With a putty knife, scrape the old adhesive smooth to a thickness of about 2 mm (0.08 in.) on the bonding surface around the entire quarter fixed
