Vacuum Brake Booster: Service and Repair
Repair Procedures

Removal

1. Remove the air cleaner assembly.

2. Disconnect the vacuum hose (A) from the brake booster.

3. Disconnect the brake fluid level switch connector (A) from the reservoir.

4. Remove the master cylinder. 
5. Remove the snap pin (A) and joint pin (B).

6. Remove the brake booster (A) by loosening the mounting nuts.

Tightening torque :
16.7 - 25.5N.m (1.7 - 2.6kgf.m, 12.3 - 18.8lb-ft
