Repair Procedures

Removal

Smart Key Unit

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. Remove the console under cover( A) and connectors(B). 

3. After loosening the console mounting screws, remove the floor console assembly (A). 

4. After loosening the smart key unit mounting bolts(B) and connector, remove the smart key unit (A).

RF Receiver

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. Remove the glove box. 

3. After loosening the mounting screws and bolts, then remove the glove box housing (A).

Disconnect the connector (B).
