21. Insert the new telescope limit switch pins into the connector body as shown, pin for pin.
NOTE:
Firmly insert the pins, until a confirmation 'click' is heard and felt.
22. Lock the connector pins back in place by pushing the connector pin lock. Re-connect the telescope motor connector and install the telescope motor
connector to the connector bracket.
23. Attach the tilt motor connector wire to the adjacent harness about 40mm (1.5 in) from the connector body with the wire tire supplied in the kit.
24. Check steering column tilt & telescopic functions by first fully extending the column and adjusting fully UP then DOWN, several times. Next, fully
retract the column and adjust fully UP then DOWN, several times.
25. Install all removed components in the reverse order of removal.
