FX35/FX45 DRIVER'S SEAT NOISE AND/OR ROCKS BACK AND FORTH

This bulletin supersedes ITB03-037 and ITB03-070. Please discard all paper copies of those bulletins.

IF YOU CONFIRM:

The driver's seat in an applied vehicle:

Has a noise (clicking, creaking, or clunking) coming from the seat bottom area

AND/OR

^

Rocks back and forth.

ACTION:

For 2003 model year vehicles: Replace the Seat Lifter Motor Assembly and Lifter Link Assembly in the driver's seat.

For 2004 & 2005 model year vehicles: Replace ONLY the Lifter Link Assembly in the driver's seat.
