Place the new Lifter Link Assembly onto the Seat Adjust Assembly (see Figure 34). Then re-install the Seat Control Unit / Bracket onto the Seat
Adjust Assembly.

43.

Tighten the nuts for the Lifter Link Assembly to the specified torque:

8 mm Nuts: 17.6 - 26.5 Nm (1.79 - 2.7 kg.m, 12.98 - 19.5 ft-lb).

^

10 mm Nuts: 39 - 49 Nm (3.97 - 4.99 kg.m, 28.8 - 36 ft-lb).

NOTE:

Figure 35 shows the LH side of the Lifter Link Assembly only. Do the same tightening on the RH side.
