This bulletin amends ITB05-023. This version amends Figure 4. Please discard all paper copies of the earlier version.

IF YOU CONFIRM:

While braking especially during hard braking:

^

A steering wheel shake

^

Body vibration or

^

Brake pedal pulsation (also known as "brake judder").

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Do Not Confuse brake judder with the rapid consistent-speed pedal pulsation that may be felt and only occurs when ABS is activated during hard
braking. In contrast the pedal pulsation of brake judder may occur with light to moderate braking experienced during normal driving conditions and
the pulsation rate will vary (faster or slower) with vehicle speed.

ACTIONS:

Turn the front brake rotors using an On-Car Brake Lathe.

^

Install the new front brake pads and hardware kit (see Parts Information).

^

Burnish the brake pads.
