Close the door and allow the window to raise to its normal closed position.

c.

Using the lower edge of the roof line as a guide:
Mark the window position with a pen (see Figure 3).

NOTE:

This marked position will be used to set the window adjustment when it is reinstalled.

FOR G35 COUPE AND SEDAN, AND FX45/35:

1.

Remove the door module assembly from the side that is making noise.

Refer to the Service Manual (ESM) section GW for removal instructions.

2.

Clean/wipe off all of the old existing grease from the front window regulator slide rail.
