Component Function Check

1.CHECK FUNCTION
Check the operation with "INDICATOR" in "Active Test" mode with CONSULT-III.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - Key warning lamp in combination meter is OK.
NO -  See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Antitheft and Alarm Systems/Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Key

Performs operation method guide and warning together with buzzer.

1.CHECK KEY WARNING LAMP
 See: Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators/Testing and Inspection/Scan Tool Testing and Procedures/CONSULT-III Function.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - GO TO 2.
NO - Repair or replace harness.
2.CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT
 See: Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Intermittent Incident.
