REMOVING G20 REAR SEAT CUSHION

1991-92 G20

SERVICE INFORMATION:

This technical Bulletin provides the proper removal method to avoid difficulties and possible damage when removing the rear seat.

1.

Normal Removal From the front of the rear seat , place your hand underneath the rear seat cushion near the "U" shaped wire and pull upward.

NOTE:

If one pulls hard from a position away from the "U" shaped wire, it may deform the wire and thus make it difficult to remove the cushion.

2.

When Removal is Difficult 

From the front of the rear seat, place your hand underneath the rear seat cushion near the "U" shaped wire and lift the seats lightly. Check the position of
the "U" shaped wire. Insert a screwdriver wrapped with a rag inside the "U" shaped wire and pry upward.
