Removal and Installation

1.

Raise and support vehicle, then remove caliper mounting pins/bolts.

2.

Disconnect brake hose and remove caliper.

3.

Reverse procedure to install. Torque to specifications and bleed brake system.

Disassembly and Reassembly

1.

Remove caliper from vehicle.

2.

Push out piston with dust seal by blowing compressed air through brake hose hole.

3.

Remove piston seal with suitable tool.
