Brake Proportioning/Combination Valve: Testing and Inspection

1.
On ABS models, disconnect harness connectors from ABS actuator.
2.
Connect brake fluid pressure tool No. KV991V0010 or equivalent to air bleeder of front and rear brakes on either LH or RH side. Fig. 1.
3.
Bleed air from tool.
4.
Depress brake pedal and compare pressures.
5.
On G20 models:
a. Front brake pressure is 853 psi.
b. Rear brake pressure is 526-583 psi.
6.
Bleed brake system after disconnecting tool.
