Thermostat: Service and Repair
1.
Drain engine coolant, then remove lower radiator hose.
2.
Remove water inlet and thermostat.
3.
Install thermostat with jiggle valve or air bleeder facing upward.
4.
After installation, run engine for a few minutes, then check for leaks.
