SERVICE INFORMATION

This bulletin provides a listing of part numbers and applications for Seat Belt Extenders. The Seat Belt Extenders are intended for use by customers who
cannot attach the standard seat belts due to body size or driving position. vehicles which are equipped with Front Passive Seat Belts (Motorized Shoulder
Belts) require the replacement of the Lap Belt Assembly for Seat Belt Extender use. The new part has a slightly revised tongue to fit into the Seat Belt
Extender. Both sides may be replaced to give the customer the option of using the Seat Belt Extender on either side of the vehicle.

Persons who can use the standard seat belt should not use an extender. Such unnecessary use could result in serious personal injury in the event of an
accident.
