SERVICE INFORMATION

This bulletin has been developed to help diagnose and repair a G20 in the event a front window has noisy/chatter operation, slow operation or no
operation.

CLAIMS INFORMATION

Reference the "1990-1996 Flat Rate Information" manual, Sections "UH - Front Doors", "RK - Power Windows & Power Door Lock" or "WD - Chassis
Adjustments", and select the operation, or combination of operations that best reflect the repairs performed. For Operations selected from Sections "UH"
or "RK", submit a Primary Part line using the P/N of the component replaced as the Primary Failed Part. Submit a Primary Operation line for those
Operations from Section "WD".

Noisy/Chatter Operation

1.

Spray silicone (wet) into the run rubber channel and operate the window up and down several times.

2.

If the window operates normally with no noise/chatter, replace the run rubber and release the vehicle.

NOTE: 

Silicone spray is commonly used but is only temporarily effective. Infiniti has determined that replacing the run rubber may eliminate the need
to replace other window components in the future.

If noise is still present, perform a regulator adjustment as follows (see Figure 1):
