Remove the transmission oil pan plug to drain the ATF. Then reinstall the drain plug with a new gasket. Tighten the drain plug to: 29 - 39 N-m
(3.0 - 4.0 kg-m, 22-29 ft-lb).

Remove the transmission oil pan.

Disconnect connectors shown in Figure 2. 

Caution:

Be careful not to damage connectors.

Remove bolts A, B and C from control valve assembly.

9.

Remove the control valve assembly from the transmission case.

CAUTION: 

When removing, be careful with the manual valve and the manual plate. Remove straight down, don't tilt it.

Install the new Control Valve Assembly:

Install the Control Valve Assembly to the transmission case.

CAUTION:

When installing, be careful with the manual valve and the manual plate. Install straight up, don't tilt it.
