1.

Write down all radio station presets.

2.

Disconnect both battery cables (negative cable first).

3.

Remove the Display Unit Assembly. Refer to

Removal and Installation of Display Unit in the AV section of the appropriate Electronic Service Manual.

Disconnect both battery cables (negative cable first).

4.

Place the assembly on a clean padded surface like folded cloth fender covers.

NOTE:

The following procedure involves many small hardware pieces (see below). Use of a small tray with Dockets or other tool to keep the pieces
separate is recommended.
