This noise may occur when driving over bumps or rough roads.

You may be able to duplicate the noise by pushing/moving the center console from side to side.

Remove the shift finisher.

Refer to section IP in the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for shift finisher removal information.

3.

Apply felt cloth tape (P/N 68239-13E00) to the side edges and the rear edge of the shift finisher (see Figures 8 and 9).

Apply tape to the entire length of both sides.
