Remove the ADP control unit (CU) and the slide motor drive wire protector-2 nuts (see Figure 15).

If equipped the ADP control unit is attached to the top of the drive wire protector.
18.
Remove the remaining 2 nuts from the front lifter link and remove the lifter link.
New Front Lifter Link Installation
19.
Install the new front lifter link assy. and reinstall the drive wire protector and ADP control unit.
