Tighten the 4 nuts:

^

Torque the 2 M8 "gold" nuts to: 11.0-14.5 Nm (1.12-1.47 kg-m, 8.1-10.7 ft-lb.)

Torque the 2 M10 "black" nuts to: 43.5-58.5 Nm (4.4-5.9 Kg-m, 32-43 ft.lb.)

For 2003 Model Year Vehicles: Place the new Seat Lifter Motor Unit Assembly onto its mounting position.

NOTE:

The new Seat Lifter Motor Unit comes with 6 new bolts that you don't need to use.

For 2004 - 2006 & Applied 2007 Model Year Vehicles:

Place (re-install) the old Seat Lifter Motor Unit Assembly into its mounting position.

Secure the Motor Unit with the original 4 bolts and 2 nuts.

Tighten the bolts and nuts to: 20.6 - 26.5 Nm (2.1 - 2.7 kg-m, 16 - 19 lb.ft)

Remove the seat mounting bolts then remove the lifter and slide assembly from the vehicle.
