From the back-side of the steering wheel remove the 4 screws shown in Figure 8.

15.

Remove the switch(es) from the steering wheel.

16.

Install the new switch(es) on the steering wheel.

17.

Re-assemble the steering wheel in reverse order.

During re-assembly:

Install a new trim cover (see Figure 7).
