APPLIED DATES:
2WD and AWD - vehicles built up to September 7, 2007

IF YOU CONFIRM:

One or both front door power windows:

Makes a squeak noise when operated
And/or
Moves slowly when operated
And/or
Will not move after operating up/down a few times.

ACTION:

Remove the door glass shim pads to see if this bulletin applies.

The pads are inserted at the front and rear of the incident door's glass run.

Refer to SERVICE PROCEDURE in this bulletin for further detail.
