IF YOU CONFIRM
With the seat heater in the on position:
1.
You confirm that there is a temperature difference between the driver's seat and passenger's seat.
AND/OR
2.
There is a temperature difference between the bottom cushion and the backrest of the passenger seat.
ACTIONS

Install a new seat heater wire harness in-between the original harness connectors.

Perform this service procedure for both driver and passenger seats.
^
Do not remove the seat assembly from the vehicle for this repair procedure.
