CLAIMS INFORMATION

Submit a Primary Failed Part (PP) line claim using the following claims coding:

SERVICE PROCEDURE

NOTE:  You will be applying either a 30 inches long tape strip to the front door, or a 24 inches long tape strip to the rear.

1. Peel off the weatherstrip of the affected door so the range shown in Figure 2, above, is exposed.

2. Wipe clean the exposed weatherstrip channel and weatherstrip underside.

3. Apply 3M(TM) Adhesion Promoter P/N 06396 to the weatherstrip channel and weatherstrip underside.

4. Cut an appropriate length strip of Duck(R) Products Indoor/Outdoor Moisture Resistant double-sided Carpet Tape P/N 00-07196 to 1/2 inches

(12.7 mm) width.
