1.CHECK REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY FUNCTION
Check remote keyless entry function.
Does door lock/unlock with Intelligent Key button?
YES  -  GO TO 2.
NO  -  Refer to See: Keyless Entry/Description and Operation/Intelligent Key System/Remote Keyless Entry Function/System Description
2.CHECK "LOCK/UNLOCK BY I-KEY" SETTING IN "WORK SUPPORT"
Check "LOCK/UNLOCK BY I-KEY" in "WORK SUPPORT". Refer to See: Scan Tool Testing and Procedures/Intelligent Key.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  -  GO TO 3.
NO  -  Set "LOCK/UNLOCK BY I-KEY" in "WORK SUPPORT".
3.CONFIRM THE OPERATION
Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES  -  Check intermittent incident. Refer to See: Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Intermittent Incident.
NO  -  GO TO 1.

Driver Side

DOOR DOES NOT LOCK/UNLOCK WITH DOOR REQUEST SWITCH

DRIVER SIDE : Description

All doors do not lock/unlock using driver side door request switch.

NOTE:
Check door request switch operation in the door lock condition. Refer to See: Keyless Entry/Description and Operation/Intelligent Key System/Door
Lock Function/System Description.

DOOR DOES NOT LOCK/UNLOCK WITH DOOR REQUEST SWITCH

DRIVER SIDE : Diagnosis Procedure

1.CHECK DRIVER SIDE DOOR REQUEST SWITCH
Check driver side door request switch. Refer to See: Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Door Request Switch/Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  -  GO TO 2.
NO  -  Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
2.CHECK OUTSIDE KEY ANTENNA LH
Check outside key antenna LH. Refer to See: Keyless Entry/Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Outside Key
Antenna/Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  -  GO TO 3.
NO  -  Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
3.CONFIRM THE OPERATION
Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES  -  Check Intermittent Incident. Refer to See: Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Intermittent Incident.
NO  -  GO TO 1.

Passenger Side

DOOR DOES NOT LOCK/UNLOCK WITH DOOR REQUEST SWITCH

PASSENGER SIDE : Description

All doors do not lock/unlock using passenger side door request switch.
