Is the inspection result normal?
YES  -  GO TO 3.
NO  -  Repair or replace harness.
3.CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT
Check continuity between BCM harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES  -  INSPECTION END
NO  -  Repair or replace harness.

DRIVER SIDE : Component Function Check

1.CHECK FUNCTION
Check ("CDL LOCK SW ", "CDL UNLOCK SW") in "Data Monitor" mode using CONSULT-III.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES  -  Door lock and unlock switch is OK.
NO  -  Refer to See: Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Door Lock And Unlock Switch/Driver Side/Diagnosis Procedure.

DRIVER SIDE : Description

Transmits door lock/unlock operation to BCM.

1.CHECK POWER WINDOW SWITCH
1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Check power window operation.
Does power window (driver side) operate?
YES  -  Replace power window main switch. Refer to See: Sensors and Switches/Sensors and Switches - Windows and Glass/Power Window
Switch/Service and Repair.
NO  -  Refer to See: Windows and Glass/Windows/Testing and Inspection/Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures/Driver Side Power Window
Alone Does Not Operate.
