1.CHECK MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH (REAR WINDOW DEFOGGER SWITCH)
Check rear window defogger operate.
YES  -  Replace multifunction switch (rear window defogger switch). Refer to See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Radio, Stereo, and Compact
Disc/Service and Repair/Base Audio Without Navigation/Multifunction Switch/Removal And Installation
NO  -  Check rear window defogger system. Refer to See: Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Work Flow
