SERVICE PROCEDURE

1.

Complete the Audio One Service Advisor/Consultant Audio Diagnostic Worksheet to identify the actual customer complaint.

2.

If the customer complaint is identified by one of the flowcharts or procedures in this bulletin, follow the appropriate flowchart and/or procedure to
resolve the complaint.

3.

If the customer complaint is not identified by one of the following flowcharts or procedures, refer to the appropriate service manual or
INFINITINET Technical Information Sub-System for additional diagnostic information.

Procedure # 1

Testing Magazines and CDs

The information below should be used in conjunction with Flowcharts # 2 and # 4.

1.

Confirm that the CDs are installed correctly into the magazine (not upside down).

2.

Visually inspect/compare the customer's CDs with each other and other known good CDs.

3.

Identify and remove any CDs which exhibit any of the following conditions:

Moisture. Remove any moisture with a soft dry cloth.

^

A larger than normal outside diameter. Normal size is 120 mm (4.76 in.).

^

Rough or lipped edges.
